Refund policy

We have a refund and exchange policy, which means you can request a refund or exchange for your entry up until it has been reviewed.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your entry must not yet have been reviewed, and you’ll need your proof of purchase or entry confirmation.

Once your entry has been reviewed, and if you become a finalist, your entry is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you are not successful as a finalist, we will contact you to let you know and issue a full refund for your entry.

Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
